Liquid lamellar cleansing compositions are described that contain synthetic
surfactants, hydrophilic emollients and exfoliant particles where 80% or more of
the particles have a major axis length of between 100 and 1000 microns. The combination
of the mild surfactants, moisturizers, and exfoliants provide the user with simultaneous
moisturization and exfoliation in a convenient liquid cleansing product.
