Pharmaceutical compositions for treating viral, proliferative and
inflammatory diseases are disclosed comprising an amount of pharmaceutically acceptable
vitamin B12 compounds in combination with anti-viral, anti-proliferative and anti-inflammatory
compounds. Vitamin B12 compounds are administered separately, simultaneously or
in combination with anti-viral, anti-proliferative and/or anti-inflammatory compounds
to provide an enhanced therapeutic effect for treating viral, proliferative and
inflammatory diseases.
