There is provided a semiconductor device able to prevent performance
degradation of an inductor element provided thereon. A high resistance
region is provided below the inductor element formed on the semiconductor
substrate. The high resistance region is formed deeper than the well
regions of the p-channel and n-channel MOS transistors, thus preventing
induction of an eddy current by the magnetic flux generated from the
inductor element.
Wird einem Halbleiterelement zur Verfügung gestellt, das fähig ist, Leistung Verminderung eines Drosselspule Elements zu verhindern, das darauf bereitgestellt wird. Eine hohe Widerstand Region wird unterhalb des Drosselspule Elements zur Verfügung gestellt, das auf dem Halbleitersubstrat gebildet wird. Die hohe Widerstand Region ist gebildete tiefere als die wohlen Regionen der Pführung und Nführung MOS Transistoren und so verhindert Induktion eines Wirbelstroms durch den magnetischen Fluß, der am Drosselspule Element erzeugt wird.
