The invention concerns improved sugar-free products, their production and use, in particular, coated products, their production and use. The products are characterized by their content in enriched mixtures of 1-O-.alpha.-D-glucopyranosyl-D-mannitol (1,1-GPM) and 6-O-.alpha.-D-glucopyranosyl-D-sorbitol (1,6-GPS).

L'invention concerne les produits sans sucre améliorés, leur production et utilisation, en particulier, les produits enduits, leur production et l'utilisation. Les produits sont caractérisés par leur contenu dans les mélanges enrichis de 1-O-.alpha.-D-glucopyranosyl-D-mannitol (1.1-GAL/MN) et de 6-O-.alpha.-D-glucopyranosyl-D-sorbitol (1,6-GPS).
