A circuit and method are given, to realize a high-voltage control and
driver interface as integrated circuit, especially for use in connection
with four external components, inductor L and capacitor C as well as
low-side and high-side switching transistors as found e.g. in
half-bridges. The circuit is essentially self supplied by means of an
Intrinsically floating auxiliary supply power generation and regulation
scheme. The circuit is apt to supporting high main supply voltages up to
1000V. The circuit of the invention is realized without the need for any
internal high-voltage integrated semiconductor devices. Exploiting the
advantages of that solution the circuit of the invention is manufactured
with standard CMOS technology and only four discrete external components,
which is favorably lowering the cost of production.
Un circuit et une méthode sont donnés, pour réaliser une interface à haute tension de commande et de conducteur comme circuit intégré, particulièrement pour l'usage en liaison avec quatre composants, inducteurs L et condensateurs externes C aussi bien que le bas-côté et les transistors de commutation de haut-côté comme trouvé par exemple dans des moitié-ponts. Le circuit est essentiellement art de l'auto-portrait fourni au moyen d'un arrangement auxiliaire flottant intrinsèquement de production et de règlement d'électricité d'approvisionnement. Le circuit est convenable à soutenir des tensions d'alimentation principales élevées jusqu'à 1000V. Le circuit de l'invention est réalisé sans besoin de tous les dispositifs de semi-conducteur intégrés à haute tension internes. Exploitant les avantages de cette solution le circuit de l'invention est fabriqué avec la technologie standard de CMOS et seulement quatre composants externes discrets, qui abaisse favorablement le coût de production.
