This invention relates to a synergistic composition for the treatment of
liver and liver associated ailments and a process for preparing the same.
The synergistic composition comprises the extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra
and Picrorhiza kurroa in ratio 2-1:1-3 by weight. The process for
preparing the composition comprises of the following steps: preparation of
extract from the roots of Glycyrrhizia Glabra and Picrorhiza kurroa,
optimization of the extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra to ensure the maximum
content of glycyrrhizin, optimization of the extract of Picrorhiza kurroa
to ensure maximum content of Kurkin, mixing the two extracts obtained in
ratio 2-1:1-3 at ambient temperature and pressure to obtain the
composition.
Cette invention concerne une composition synergique pour le traitement du foie et des maux associés par foie et un procédé pour préparer la même chose. La composition synergique comporte l'extrait du glabra de Glycyrrhiza et du kurroa de Picrorhiza dans le rapport 2-1:1-3 en poids. Le procédé pour préparer la composition comporte des étapes suivantes : préparation d'extrait des racines du kurroa de Glycyrrhizia Glabra et de Picrorhiza, optimisation de l'extrait du glabra de Glycyrrhiza pour assurer la teneur maximum du glycyrrhizin, optimisation de l'extrait du kurroa de Picrorhiza pour assurer la teneur maximum de Kurkin, mélangeant les deux extraits obtenus en rapport 2-1:1-3 à la température et à la pression ambiantes d'obtenir la composition.
