An original document image scanning and printing device includes a scanning unit
that scans an image of an original document, a printing unit that prints out the
image, an image processing unit that rotates the image and a control unit that
controls rotating and scanning the image in preference to rotating and printing
the image when it is necessary to rotate the image scanned by the scanning unit.
