An elongated tubular support (10) is mounted in a stationary position
(FIGS. 6 and 7) for rotation about a horizontal (FIGS. 1 and 2) or
vertical (FIG. 5) axis. A spring biased detent (66, 70, 72) is positioned
between the support member (10) and a stationary mounting member (68). The
detent (66, 70, 72) permits the display panel (DP) to be swung in position
about a first position (FIG. 1) and a second position in which it is
positioned about 180 degrees from the first position (FIG. 2).
