The present invention provides a method of making plants resistant to plant
pathogens by transformation of host cells with a nucleic acid encoding a
nonheme haloperoxidase. Transgenic plants which express a nonheme
chloroperoxidase thereby resulting in enhanced resistance to
phytopathogens are provided.
La presente invenzione fornisce un metodo di le piante di fabbricazione resistenti agli agenti patogeni della pianta da trasformazione delle cellule ospiti un acido nucleico che mette un haloperoxidase in codice del nonheme. Le piante di Transgenic che esprimono un chloroperoxidase del nonheme quindi con conseguente resistenza aumentata ai phytopathogens sono fornite.
