A method for measuring protein kinase activity comprising: (a) providing a first solution comprising ATP and a protein kinase to be tested, and a second solution comprising ATP in the absence of said kinase to be tested; (b) adding a substrate capable of being phosphorylated by the protein kinase to be tested to the first and second solutions of step (a); (c) measuring the concentration of ATP and/or ADP, or the rate of change thereof with respect to time, in each of the reaction mixtures formed in step (b) using a bioluminescence reaction; and (d) using the information about the concentration of ATP and/or ADP to determine the activity of the protein kinase to be tested.

Eine Methode für das Messen Proteinkinase-Tätigkeit des Enthaltens: (a), eine erste Lösung zur Verfügung stellend, die Atp und eine geprüft zu werden Proteinkinase enthält, und eine zweite Lösung, die Atp in Ermangelung der besagten geprüft zu werden Kinase enthält; (b), ein Substrat addierend fähig zum Sein phosphoryliert durch die zu den ersten und zweiten Lösungen von Schritt (a) geprüft zu werden Proteinkinase,; (c), die Konzentration von Atp und/oder von ADP oder die Änderungsgeschwindigkeit davon in Bezug auf Zeit messend, in jedem der Reaktionsgemische gebildet in Schritt (b) mit einer bioluminescence Reaktion; und (d) mit den Informationen über die Konzentration von Atp und/oder von ADP, die Tätigkeit der geprüft zu werden Proteinkinase festzustellen.
