There are provided an IC card and a communication system, wherein the IC card is enabled to be connected with a different infrastructure. The communication system using the IC card comprises a PC (20) provided with an IC card-inlet slot, an IC card unit (10), and an external communication apparatus (30) connected with the IC card unit (10); wherein the card is provided therein with a radio portion (12) and a radio controlling portion (13) for performing data communication, an interface (18) to be connected with the external communication apparatus (30) for enabling data communication with infrastructure (2), a memory (17) for storing data of each infrastructure to be periodically renewed, and a card controlling portion (16) for selecting an infrastructure on the basis of data of the infrastructure stored in the memory (17) for executing data communication between the infrastructure thus selected and the PC (20).

On fournit une carte d'IC et un système de communication, où la carte d'IC est permise d'être reliée à une infrastructure différente. Le système de communication employant la carte d'IC comporte un PC (20) équipé de fente d'carte-admission d'IC, d'unité de carte d'IC (10), et d'appareillage externe de communication (30) lié à l'unité de carte d'IC (10) ; où la carte est équipée là-dedans de partie par radio (12) et de partie de contrôle par radio (13) pour exécuter la communication de données, une interface (18) à relier à l'appareillage externe de communication (30) pour permettre la communication de données avec l'infrastructure (2), une mémoire (17) pour stocker des données de chaque infrastructure à remplacer périodiquement, et une partie de contrôle de carte (16) pour choisir une infrastructure sur la base des données de l'infrastructure entreposé dans la mémoire (17) pour exécuter la communication de données entre l'infrastructure choisie ainsi et le PC (20).
