control method thereof and a storage medium that stores its control
program capable of generating a code image with the optimum device in
accordance with the amount and/or contents of the information to be
encoded, and/or considering the load of the equipment. The information
processing apparatus is electrically connected to an image processing
apparatus, and includes: a deciding section for deciding on whether to
generate a code image by encoding information or to issue a command for
causing to generate the code image by encoding the information; and a
processing section for generating, when the deciding section decides to
generate, the code image by encoding the information and transmitting it
to the image processing apparatus, and for transmitting, when the
deciding section decides to issue, the command to the image processing
apparatus.
