The system includes a plurality of user terminals, where the plurality of users input data into each of their respective terminals, a central database that can receive input from the plurality of user terminals and can output data to the plurality of user terminals, an Internet source, via wireless, wired or other connection that connects and links the plurality of user terminals and the central database, a synchronization mechanism, the synchronization mechanism synchronizes substantially all input from the plurality of user terminals and a software application linked with the plurality of user terminals and the central database.
