The device can include a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, a partition wall next to the first electrode, an organic luminescence media layer including an organic luminous layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode which is on the organic luminescence media layer and facing the first electrodes, wherein the partition wall comprises a first partition wall and a second partition wall, the first partition wall covers a part of the first electrode, and the second partition wall is located on an inner side of the first partition wall.
