The ink jet head comprises a nozzle plate in which a nozzle jetting the ink is formed, a pressure application means applying a pressure to the ink, a wall member holding the nozzle plate, a head plate holding the plurality of ink jetting units, sealing members sealing clearances between the ink jetting units and the head plate so that air is not passed there through and movably supporting the ink jetting units on the head plate by deforming by itself, and fixing members fixing the ink jetting units to the head plate.
