One embodiment includes providing an impression kit with an impression material, a number of impression trays, and instructions for making at least one impression, making an impression of a user's teeth, and scanning the impression of the user's teeth with a scanning device and providing scan data to a computing device having executable instructions to perform an evaluation process.
