A new and distinct cultivar of Osteospermum plant named `Fidostlem`, characterized by its compact and mounded plant habit; relatively short internodes; freely branching growth habit; freely flowering habit; large daisy-type inflorescences with yellow-colored ray florets; and good garden performance.
