An electrolytic solution impregnated with a separator includes an ionic compound with an asymmetric structure such as fluorotrifluoromethyl[oxalage-O,O'] lithium borate as an electrolyte salt. Thereby, compared to the case where an ionic compound with a symmetric structure such as bis[oxalate-O,O'] lithium borate or difluoro[oxalate-O,O']lithium borate is included as an electrolyte salt, the conductivity of the electrolytic solution is improved.
