Each tooth portion includes a wire-wound portion on which a coil is arranged, a tip portion at a radially innermost portion of each tooth portion, and an inclined connecting portion connecting the tip portion and the wire-wound portion. The connecting portion has a width in a circumferential direction greater than a width of the wire-wound portion but smaller than a width of the tip portion.
