A fuser member comprising a substrate, and thereover, an outer layer comprising perfluoroalkoxy polytetrafluoroethylene and carbon black fillers, wherein said outer layer has a volume resistivity of from about 1.times.10.sup.-4 to about 1.times.10.sup.-8 ohms/square.
