A new and distinct Magnolia cultivar named `JURmag4` is disclosed, characterized by having an upright, fastigiate habit., dark pink petals, controlled growth without pruning, star shaped flowers and profuse flowering. The new variety is a Magnolia, normally produced as a small ornamental tree.
