A fist alignment arm extends from the central body and incorporates an alignment indicia for positioning between the knee and hip of the cyclist. A second alignment arm extends from the central body at a predetermined angle with respect to the first alignment arm and employs an angular alignment indicia for relative placement over a malleolus bone of an ankle of the cyclist.
