The apparatus reads identity information of the users according to a non-contact scheme, resulting in a simplified authentication process, automatically reproduces the recorded voice message regardless of message reproduction intention of the receiving user selected by the recording user, such that it can actively and efficiently provide the selected receiving user with the voice message of the recording user.
