Process for the preparation of compounds of the formula I in which R, R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are as defined in Patent claim 1, and compounds of the formula IV in which R and R.sup.1 are as defined in Patent claim 1, are intermediates for the preparation of the compounds of the formula I.
