The ink includes a high-molecular dispersant, a water-insoluble colorant, water-soluble organic solvent and water, in which the high-molecular dispersant is a block copolymer including at least one hydrophobic block and at least one hydrophilic block, which have been obtained by polymerizing vinyl ethers as monomers, respectively; and the water-insoluble colorant is a specific pigment.
