The present invention provides herbal formulas, and compositions thereof,
that can treat or reduce the severity, intensity, or duration of food
allergy and food allergyrelated symptoms. The compositions may optionally
include one or more adjuvants, cytokines, encapsulating materials, or
pharmaceutically acceptable carriers or excipients, and may be
administered prior to, during, or after the development of food
allergy-related symptoms in a patient in need thereof.
