The ultrasonic treatment apparatus further comprises a treatment unit holding portion, which is provided in a distal end portion of the insertion portion and to which the treatment unit is attached, a cable which transmits an electric signal to the ultrasonic vibrator, and at least one bundle member which bundles the insertion portion and the cable.
