This invention provides various fixation agents for different polymers or applications, and a fixation process is performed at low temperature. Moreover, the method comprises a dissolution process, a temperature adjusting process, a freezing process and a fixation process, wherein the fixation process is selected from the group of a solid-liquid exchange process, a neutralization process and a gelation process.
