An electronic system is disclosed. In one embodiment, the electronic system comprises a wireless communication adapter that includes an antenna for transmitting and/or receiving information and a connector configured to enable selective mating engagement of the connector with a connection port of an electronic device. In one embodiment, the wireless communication adapter is configured to communicate information between first and second electronic devices via the antenna.
