A setting unit sets, on the radio link, a connection with the second radio terminal. A detecting unit detects an event in association with the second radio terminal. A first transmitting unit transmits, to the second radio terminal via the connection, a first request message representing that first service information concerning the second radio terminal should be transmitted to the first radio terminal, when the detecting unit detects the event.
