The present invention relates to a composition comprising: (a) a fragrance oil wherein the fragrance oil comprises: (i) greater than about 50%, by weight of the fragrance oil, of perfume raw materials with high odour impact perfume raw materials which have an odour detection threshold of less than, or equal to, about 50 parts per billion; (ii) less than about 5%, by weight of the fragrance oil, of top note perfume raw materials wherein the top note perfume raw materials have a boiling point of less than about 250.degree. C. at 1 atmosphere pressure (b) an entrapment material which is selected from the group consisting of polymers; capsules, microcapsules, and nanocapsules; liposomes; pro-perfumes; film formers; absorbents; cyclic oligosaccharides and mixtures thereof. (c) greater than about 50%, by weight, of a volatile solvent. The present invention provides compositions wherein the fragrance character remains detectable for greater than about 2 hours, preferably greater than about 4 hours, more preferably greater than about 6 hours, after the composition has been applied to the substrate.
