A composition includes 50-80 wt. % of at least one curcumin compound, 10-50 wt. % quercetin, .gtoreq.3 wt. % papain, and .gtoreq.3 wt. % bromelain, wherein the composition is suitable for oral administration to a human. Methods of making and using the composition are provided.
