A new and distinct cultivar of Campanula plant named `PKMP06`, characterized by having upright plant habit; dense and bushy plant form, mainly due to more upright stems; vigorous growth habit, and less need for chemical growth retardation; more uniform and white flower color; and no need for vernalization.
