Disclosed is anhydrous cosmetic compositions comprising: (a) a hydrophobic polyol; and (b) a hydrophilic polyol; which can provide improved conditioning benefits such as moisturizing benefit, and also can provide improved deposition of oily conditioning agents when included in the compositions.
