The present invention relates to a fusion peptide, in which a self
cell-penetrating Tat peptide having a self penetrating signal is bound to
a human Type-I collagen C-terminal derived peptide, a preparation
thereof, and a skin anti-aging cosmetic composition comprising the same.
Since the fusion peptide, in which the Tat peptide is bound to the human
Type-collagen C-terminal derived peptide is highly stable and has a
superior skin absorption capability, the present invention provides a
skin anti-aging agent having superior synthesis of collagen and
hyaluronic acid, anti-aging effects, and improved durability of the
effects.
