down a fuel processor including an autothermal reformer employing a
non-pyrophoric shift catalyst or a program storage medium encoded with
instruction that, when executed by a computer, start-up or shut down a
fuel processor including an autothermal reformer employing a
non-pyrophoric shift catalyst.
