Provided are L-ribo bicyclic nucleotide compounds as well as syntheses of
such compounds. The nucleoside compounds of the invention are useful in
forming oligonucleotides that can produce nucleobase specific duplexes
with complementary single stranded and double stranded nucleic acids.
