A new and distinct cultivar of Bidens plant named 'Big Sunlight', characterized by its outwardly spreading to cascading plant habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy appearance; large inflorescences with five to eight golden yellow-colored ray florets; and freely and continuous flowering habit.
