Pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of urinary incontinence with a cholinergic and musulotropic substance, combined or not combined with a little resorbed estrogen agent, by local route, wherein the cholinergic and musculotropic substance is oxybutynin, or one of its salts, and the little resorbed estrogen agent is chosen from estriol, 16-epiestriol or estradiol in free, esterified and/or etherified form suited for vaginal or rectal administration and a method of treating urinary incontinence.
