The cylindrical portions are attached to the inner surface of the first side cover by inserting at least a portion of the first side cover into a die and outsert or insert-molding the cylindrical portions to the electrodeposition layer. It is possible to control increases in the cost of a decorative member, control the exposure of attachment portions, and provide an expensive appearance to the decorative member.
