A new and distinct cultivar of Lobelia plant named 'Weslowhite', characterized by its cascading plant habit; freely branching habit with short internodes; dense and bushy plant form; continuously and freely flowering habit; densely pubescent leaves; white-colored flowers; and relatively tolerant to high temperatures.
