A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named 'Visinflapi', characterized by its rounded and upright plant form; vigorous and freely branching growth habit; dark green-colored foliage; freely flowering habit with flowers held above and beyond the foliage; and large salmon pink-colored flowers.
