The invention relates to acyloxypyrrolidine derivatives of general formula (I): 1 in which: R.sub.1 represents a hydrogen atom, a (C.sub.1-C.sub.6)alkyl, a (C.sub.3-C.sub.6)cycloalkyl, a group --CH.sub.2CH.sub.2COOH or a group --NR.sub.2R.sub.3; R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 each represent, independently, a hydrogen atom or a (C.sub.1-C.sub.6)alkyl. Also disclosed and claimed are the method of preparation of the compounds of the invention and their application in therapeutics.
