Preferably, the composition comprises, Caffeine, Guaran caffeine, Yerba Mat, Eleutherococcus senticous, Panax ginseng, ginger, Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice Root), fructose and additional ingredients (sugars, flavourings, colourings, vitamins, stabilisers, whole fruit powder and the like), and optionally ginkgo biloba.
