of footwear is disclosed. The template includes a shell that defines an exterior
surface. A marking instrument may be utilized to inscribe designs on the exterior
surface. The shell may have an opaque or transparent configuration. A model of
a foot or bones of the foot may be located within the shell. The model may be utilized
as a reference in designing the footwear.
