A laminated load restraint system and method for securing cargo within transport
containers including first and second load restraining strips wherein each strip
includes a substrate, a first layer of adhesive, a second layer of adhesive, a
first layer of reinforcement strands and a second layer of reinforcement strands
and a third layer of adhesive for attachment to a transport container interior surface.
