Non-stick coatings for use on a flexible substrate include a fluoropolymer,
an acrylic polymer, and a polyol and/or diol. The ratio of acrylic polymer to polyol
and/or diol is between about 90:10 and about 10:90 by weight, preferably about
50:50. The ratio of acrylic polymer and polyol or diol to fluoropolymer is preferably
about 100:60 by weight.
