The present invention relates to a training apparatus which make a convenient
assembly be carried out from one direction and respective parts be placed on both
supporting plates as a unit, wherein a pair of supporting plates 13, 14 fixed
to the main body frame 2 are provided, only one 13 of the supporting
plates is formed so as to pass through the space defined by said main body frame
2 and saddle post 5, and the crank shaft 17 and the shaft
of the loading device are supported by at least one of said pair of supporting
plates 13, 14.
