A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named 'Duejoker', characterized
by its inflorescences with inflorescences with red and yellow bi-colored flower
bracts; dark green-colored leaves; uniform and rounded plant habit; early flowering;
large and showy cyathia; and excellent post-production longevity.
