Novel "two-in-one" detergent compositions comprised of at least one water soluble
silicone agent, at least one cationic conditioning agent, and a detergent. These
compositions are suitable for use in shampoos, baths, and shower gels. Also described
is a novel delivery system for depositing benefit agents into and onto the skin,
nails, and/or hair comprised of at least one water soluble silicone and at least
one cationic conditioning agent.
